Remember when you go to event and in any case you cannot find an officer at the event please sign in with the event coordinator, and get proof that you were there. For example, GET A PIECE OF PAPER SAYING THE EVENT WHAT TIME YOU ARRIVED AND WHAT TIME YOU LEFT AND MAKE THE COODINATOR SIGNS BOTH PARTS AT ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE!!! Please, there has been plenty of problems sometimes getting in contact with the coodinators to see who has signed in.
